Roxanne Oldham (Bowen) – London, UK
Before she started Mixtape Music in the UK and started branching the company out to LA, Her career started at Warner Music Group (WSM at the time). Throughout her years at WMG (she actually started the creative film & tv/music department at WMG working the enormous catalogue of WB, ATL, Sire, Reprise, Rhino and more that now employs about 5+ people and also acted as the label liaison hosting showcases for artists) and Chrysalis Music Publishing (LA) in the creative film & tv dept, Roxanne has helped to develop and launch the careers of many an indie rocker through synch licenses.

Ollie Cruse:
After his formative years spent up middle of the Yorkshire Dales learning as many instruments as possible, he went to Uni in Manchester (BA:Hons) and then Leeds (MA) before heading for the bright lights to work in Adland. After 8 years working on campaigns for clients like BBC, Global Radio, SKY, ITV, Virgin Media, Cadburys, Land Rover, GHD, Remington, O2, Vodafone, Nokia, as well as composing & arranging ad music for The Times and Bird's Eye, he's jumped ship to throw himself full time into music. He is a great addition the london Mixtape team.
